Emily Hill is an Integrated Personal Fitness Trainer. Emily has worked in preventative and wellness-based settings for almost 15 years. In that time, she earned a Certification in Nutritional Counseling, a Personal Training Certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX, obtained a Massage Therapy License, completed Yoga Teacher Training, earning her 300-hour certification, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition to her formal training, Emily has been an athlete for most of her life, where she has lived experience in multiple fitness modalities. She integrates her unique understanding of the human body, performance optimization, and her strategic mindset to bring a one-of-a-kind training experience that will lead to an increase in strength, improvement in posture, prevention of injury, increased movement functionality, solid core engagement, and an overall feeling of well-being. Emily dismisses the notion of “no pain, no gain”. She proves that fitness can be a sustainable, enjoyable experience that leaves you looking and feeling your best. Her goal is to help people reach their physical potential by teaching and imparting functional, foundational movements and exercises so that fitness becomes a way of life.
